To ensure the smooth operation of the conference and avoid long delays at the on-site registration desk, participants are strongly advised to register for the conference in advance.

a) You are welcome to become a ISHC member. It so easy … simply open the membership form, complete it and email it at HETCHEM@louisville.edu.
b) For post-docs, a letter of the supervisor must be sent separately by email to
ishc27@phs.osaka-u.ac.jp.
Online registration is required on the same day or the next day of the abstract submission.
Payment is required by July 5, 2019 to validate your abstract submission.

Registration fee is not required for a non-active accompanying person who does not attend the congress.
The banquet fee JPY12,000 is not included in the registration fee. If you and your accompanying person wish to attend the banquet, the banquet fee is needed for each person.

Cancellation
On or before July 31, 2019: Reimburse 75% of the registration and/or banquet fees
On or after August 1, 2019: No refund
